For inkjet printing of pure wool carpets, acid dye ink or reactive dye ink should be used.
Reactive dye ink should be used for inkjet printing of pure cotton carpets.
Nylon carpets should use acidic or reactive dye ink, acrylic carpets should use cationic dye ink, polyester carpets should use dispersed dye ink, and polypropylene carpets can only use pigment ink at present.
The selection of ink for blended carpets should be based on their raw materials. Generally, inkjet printers can only print one type of ink at a time. When coloring two or more raw materials of blended fabrics, only pigment ink can be used.
