Simply put, the quality of RC photo paper can be evaluated from several aspects such as appearance, feel, ink absorption effect, and waterproof performance:
1. Photo paper should not have a strange smell.
2. The appearance is flat and not curled, the front and back paper surfaces are clean and flawless, the paper edges are straight and without burrs, the coating layer is smooth and without obvious texture, the color of the paper surface is consistent, the paper edges are tight and not loose, and when observed under light, the fiber distribution inside the paper is uniform without significant differences in transparency.
3. The printed surface will feel more astringent when rubbed vigorously with your hands, and the photo paper should be held straight and have a drooping texture.
4. On machine printing, the paper feed is smooth and free from jamming, the ink absorption is uniform without stacking or ink absorption, the color is not distorted, the color blocks are uniform, and there should be no obvious discoloration, discoloration, fading or other phenomena during the storage process.
5. The printed image should not have ink flowing or floating ink seeping out after being soaked or soaked in water. The paper should not deform after being soaked, and the edges of the paper should not absorb water or expand significantly.
